Santos' Algeria international winger Bilal Brahimi has officially rejoined Le Mans on a free transfer..

Le Mans announced on their official website on Tuesday that Algeria international winger Bilal Brahimi has rejoined the club on a free transfer from Santos.

According to the newly promoted Ligue 1 side's official statement, Brahimi has signed on a short-term two-year deal with the club which will only run until the summer of 2028, with an option to extend for a further year.

Billal Brahimi, 26, was born on March 14, 2000, in Beaumont-sur-Oise, France. He is 1.83 meters tall and primarily plays as a right winger, but can also play as a left winger or center forward. He holds dual French and Algerian citizenship.

Brahimi played in Middlesbrough's youth academy as a child and made his first-team debut by coming on as a substitute in an Carabao Cup match in August 2018.

The following summer, Brahimi joined Reims on a free transfer, but only played for their reserve team during his time there.

In the summer of 2020, Brahimi joined Le Mans on-loan.

During his loan spell at Le Mans, Brahimi's outstanding performances earned him a place in the Ligue 3 Team of the Year.

The following summer, Brahimi transferred to Angers for €1 million.

In January 2022, Brahimi joined Nice for €10 million.

During his four-year spell with Les Aiglon, Brahimi helped the team reach the Coupe de France final once and also had loan spells at Brest and Saint-Truiden.

In September 2025, Brahimi joined Santos on a free transfer. However, he received almost no playing time during his time with the club.

This February, Brahimi joined Estrela da Amadora on-loan, but his situation did not improve.

During his time at Santos, Brahimi only made one appearance for the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A powerhouse in all competitions, failing to score or assist.
