Kelkez Milos hopes to help Liverpool win trophies with his teammates.

Liverpool will embark on a new journey in the upcoming season starting in August, and the players have already returned to the training ground to prepare for the preseason. Kelkes Milos expressed his delight at returning to the team with his teammates and his hope to help them win trophies in the new season.

In the 2025/26 Premier League season, Liverpool, who were considered strong contenders for the title defense, failed to maintain a consistent performance and ultimately finished in 5th place, securing a Champions League spot.

Following the dismissal of Sloan, Andoni Iraola from Spain was appointed as Liverpool's new manager in June and signed a two-year contract.

Besides Milos Kelkez, Szoboszlai, Chiesa, Jones, and Gomez have all returned to the team to prepare for the new season.

Liverpool defender Milos said in an interview: "It's really great to be back here. To be honest, this holiday has been a bit too long for me. I missed training and I missed football, so it's really great to be back here."

“I had a lot of time to spend with my family, to rest and relax. But after about three weeks of rest, I started to feel that I had to get back to training and playing, and I couldn’t wait to get back to Liverpool. I kept training during the holidays, and it feels really good to see my teammates and staff again, and everyone is full of positive energy. We’re all focused on the new season and working hard toward our goals.”

Kelkes-Miloš pointed out, "Last season was indeed tough; the team experienced both highs and lows. But more importantly, we must prove ourselves better prepared for the new season. We must work harder because Liverpool is all about winning the title."

"Last season's performance was, to put it bluntly, unacceptable. That's the truth. We must make the club and the fans proud, and hopefully we can do that in the new season."

Milos Kelkes-Miloš continued, "I feel I've improved a lot in my first season at Liverpool. Playing in England has been incredibly helpful for my development. Now it's my fourth season in the Premier League. Although I'm still young, I feel I've matured a lot and understand everything here much better."

"I've never really liked talking about personal goals. We play for one of the greatest clubs in the world, so the most important thing should always be the team's goals. I just hope to give my best performance and help the team win the championship."

In addition, Kelkaz Milos added, "If everyone approaches the game with the same mindset, gives it their all, commits 100%, and fights for the team badge on their chest, then this team will only get stronger and stronger."
