LeBron James, the superstar who has already informed the Los Angeles Lakers that he will leave through free agency, spoke publicly for the first time about his considerations for the future.

Although the 41-year-old James did not directly reveal his final destination, he made it clear that it would be a very interesting new journey. Making this major decision—his fourth time becoming a free agent—James emphasized that his future decision would be driven by both basketball development and family factors.

When asked by an 11-year-old fan about how he would choose the end of his career, James said, "It's a big decision not only for me, but also for my family. It's about the final stage of my career and where I want to spend my last few years."

"Wherever I go, I will leave my mark. I am a natural leader, and I will try my best to integrate into the new team, while bringing with me all the knowledge and experience I have gained over the past 23 years. I know every aspect of basketball."

In addition to revealing that he not only has a chance to play a record-breaking 24th season, but may even play a 25th season, James admitted that family ties are crucial to his future choices.

Especially his daughter Julie, who will soon turn 12, was the first person James spoke to before making the decision to join a new team.
