Levante extends Celta Vigo left-wing back Manu Sánchez's loan spell..

Levante announced on the official website on Thursday that the club has extended Celta Vigo left-wing back Manu Sánchez's loan spell.

According to Levante's official statement, Sánchez will play for the club on-loan until the end of the new season, and the loan agreement contains a conditional buyout clause.

About Manu Sánchez

The 25-year-old Sánchez was born in Madrid, the capital of Spain, on August 24, 2000. He is 1.79 meters tall and primarily plays as a left-wing back and can also play as left midfielder.

Sánchez played for Cornellà's youth academy when he was a child. He joined Atlético Madrid's youth academy in 2014 and began playing for Atléti's B team in 2019 before completing his Atlético Madrid first-team debut in December of the same year.

In January 2021, Sánchez was loaned-out to Osasuna for 2 and a half years. During this spell, he unexpectedly reached the Copa del Rey final with the team once.

After leaving the club when his contract expired in July 2023, Sánchez moved to Celta Vigo as a free agent.

In July of the following year, Sánchez joined Alavés on loan.

In July 2025, Sánchez joined Levante on-loan.

Since joining Levante, Sánchez has so far played 33 times for the La Liga club in all competitions, scoring 1 goal and providing 2 assists.
