Auxerre officially announce the signing of goalkeeper Paul Nardi and striker Rémy Labeau-Lascary..


Auxerre announced on their official website on Tuesday that they have signed goalkeeper Paul Nardi and striker Rémy Labeau-Lascary from Queens Park Rangers and Lens, respectively.


According to Auxerre's official statement, Nardi has signed on a short-term two-year deal with the club which will only run until the summer of 2028; Labeau-Lascary will play for the club on-loan until the end of the new season, with a mandatory buy-out clause.


About Paul Nardi


The 32-year-old Paul Nardi was born on May 18, 1994, in Vesoul, France. He is 1.86 meters tall and plays as a goalkeeper.


Nardi played in the youth academy of a local non-league clubs in his hometown of Vesoul. He joined the Nancy youth academy at the age of 12, started playin for Nancy's B team in 2011 before completing his Nancy first-team debut in September 2013.


In the summer of 2014, Nardi moved to Monaco for €1.75 million, but was immediately loaned-out to Nancy, Rennes, and their sister club Cercle Brugge.


In July 2019, Nardi transferred to Lorient for €2 million.


During his three-year spell at Lorient, Nardi won the Ligue 2 title once.


In August 2022, Nardi joined Gent for €1 million.


During his two-year spell at Gent, Nardi helped the team reach the Belgian Cup quarter-finals twice.


After his contract expired in the summer of 2024, Nardi joined Queens Park Rangers on a free transfer.


During his two-year spell with the R's, Nardi made 63 appearances for the EFL Championship club in all competitions, conceding 91 goals and keeping 13 clean sheets.


About Rémy Labeau-Lascary


The 23 years old Rémy Labeau-Lascary, was born on March 3, 2003, in Les Abymes, Guadeloupe. He is 1.84 meters tall and primarily plays as a center forward, but can also play as a left or right winger.


Labeau-Lascary played for the youth academy of a local Guadeloupe club during his childhood. He joined Lens' youth academy in 2018, started playing for Lens' B team in 2021 before completing his Lens first-team debut by coming on as a substitute the following December.


In January 2023, Labeau-Lascary was loaned-out to Laval.


Upon returning the following summer after his loan spell, Labeau-Lascary became a regular starter for Lens' first team.


In the summer of 2025, Labeau-Lascary was loaned-out to Brest.


Last season, Labeau-Lascary made 28 appearances for the Ligue 1 club in all competitions, scoring 6 goals and providing 1 assist.
