Trevor Chalobah has officially joined Como, signing a contract with the club until 2031.

Como 1907 officially announced the signing of England international Trevor Chalobah from Chelsea. Chalobah has signed a long-term contract with Como until 2031, embarking on a long-term partnership. Born in 1999, Chalobah joined Chelsea's youth academy at the age of nine and played for various age groups before eventually earning a place in the first team.  

Before becoming a key member of Chelsea's first team, Trevor Chalobah was loaned out to Ipswich Town, Huddersfield Town, and Lorient, gradually gaining match experience over several seasons. He made his official debut for Chelsea in the 2021 UEFA Super Cup, helping the team win the title.  

Since then, Trevor Chalobah has gradually become an important member of Chelsea's squad, winning numerous honors with the team, including two FIFA Club World Cup titles and one UEFA Champions League title. To date, he has made over 150 appearances for Chelsea in various domestic and European competitions, accumulating a wealth of top-level experience.  

Trevor Chalobah possesses excellent physical attributes and good footwork, enabling him to play in multiple positions in the backline. With his arrival, Como 1907 will have more options in defense, as well as improved athleticism, tactical adaptability, and extensive experience in high-level competitions. Chalobah's leadership abilities are also expected to have a positive impact on the team.  

During his youth national team years, Trevor Chalobah represented England in international competitions at various age levels, gradually progressing through the ranks to reach the national team level. In 2025, he finally made his England senior national team debut. Subsequently, Trevor Chalobah was selected for England's 2026 World Cup squad and fought alongside the team, ultimately helping them achieve a third-place finish at the World Cup.
