Raul Jimenez: We must further improve our offensive performance and seize every scoring opportunity possible.

Wolves striker Raul Jimenez believes the team should see a positive side in their Championship opener against Blackburn Rovers. Despite falling behind twice, Wolves never gave up and displayed a tenacious fighting spirit. Ultimately, they equalized in stoppage time, drawing 1-1 and earning their first point of the new season.  

This match also held special significance for Raul Jimenez, marking his first appearance for Wolves in the Championship three years after leaving the club. In the final stages of the game, he stepped up to take a penalty and calmly converted it, helping Wolves equalize and avoid defeat in their opening match of the new season.  

Raul Jimenez, speaking about his return goal, said: "I'm really happy to be back here. What's even more gratifying is that I was able to score in the team's first Championship game of the new season, which is a very special feeling for me."
