Dust2: Keyd Stars will part ways with commander CutzMeretz.

According to an exclusive report by Dust2.com.br, the Brazilian CS2 team Keyd Stars is about to part ways with its captain, Lucas Freitas (ID: CutzMeretz). The identity of CutzMeretz's successor remains undecided.

CutzMeretz will become the fifth player to leave Keyd Stars this year. Before losing CutzMeretz, Keyd Stars had already said goodbye to Bruno Camara (ID: b4rtiN), Daniel Morgado (ID: danoco), Emerson Enrique (ID: desh), and Enrique Menacho (ID: t9rnay).

The 29-year-old CutzMeretz previously played for several CS teams, including Elevate, Patins da Ferrari, Meta, Corinthians, Sensei, Tropa do VSM, and Flamengo, before officially joining Keyd Star in August 2025. To date, he has played 220 maps and participated in 4653 rounds for Keyd Star, with an average rating of only 0.89, and helped the team win the 9th stop of the CCT Season 3 South American Series.

If this comes to fruition, the Keyd Stars roster is tentatively set as follows:

Rifleman: Bruno Sigwalt (ID: xureba)

Rifleman: Gabriel Sampaio (ID: lash)

Rifleman: João Guedes (ID: matios)

Rifleman: Vinicius Reis (ID: zede)

Coach: Matthäus Nicholas (ID: KAOS)
