Legacy's coach Adr has been disqualified from coaching at the 2026 IEM Cologne Major.

Brazilian CS2 team Legacy is facing a major crisis. During the 2026 IEM Cologne Major, official team roster documents revealed that coach Adr has been banned from participating in the remainder of the tournament for violating event rules.

This means Legacy has lost a key tactical core in this year's most important international tournament. Currently, neither the tournament organizer ESL nor the Legacy club management has publicly disclosed the specific nature of Adr's violation.

According to records, Adr was included in the team's official roster as early as April 2026. Prior to that, Legacy had faced off against top teams such as MIBR and NAVI in matches held on June 12th and 13th.

The coach's absence will directly alter Legacy's dynamics in the game. The in-game leader (IGL) will have to shoulder more tactical pressure, and timeouts in the game will change from fine-tuning tactics to simply maintaining the players' morale.
