Portsmouth have officially announced the signing of Rocco Robert Sheen to a three-year contract.

Portsmouth have officially announced the signing of Estonian international Roko Robert Sin from Norwegian club Fredrikstad. He has signed a three-year contract. The club has not disclosed the specific transfer fee.  

Portsmouth manager John Mousinho said: "We are delighted to have completed the signing of Rocco Robert Sheen, which is an important step in the team's summer transfer plans. He will enhance our midfield's physical strength, while also possessing excellent footwork and ball control, which I believe will be a great help to the team."  

“Rocco Robert Sheen’s growth over the past few seasons has been remarkable, and he has made great progress. More importantly, he is still very young and has a lot of room for development. We believe that at Portsmouth, he will be able to continue to improve his abilities and grow into an even better player.”  

Rocco Robert Sheen began his professional career with Estonian powerhouse Flora, where he played in European club competitions. He then moved to the Netherlands to join Utrecht, and later played for Dordrecht. In early 2025, the midfielder moved to Norway, joining Fredrikstad, where he helped the team finish eighth in the Norwegian Eliteserien last season.  

At the national team level, Roko Robert Sin has made 25 appearances for the Estonian senior national team. He made his debut for the national team in an international friendly against Albania in 2022, officially beginning his international career.
