Coventry City announced on their official website on Tuesday that they have triggered the option to buyout on-loan Nigeria international midfielder Frank Onyeka from Brentford.

According to Coventry City's official statement, Onyeka has signed on a long-term four-year deal with the club which runs until the summer of 2030.

After completing his transfer procedures, Onyeka, who was interviewed by the Coventry City official website again, said: "I am very excited to start the new season with Coventry."

About Frank Onyeka

The 28-year-old Onyeka was born on January 1, 1998, in Maiduguri, Nigeria. He is 1.83 meters tall and primarily plays as a defensive midfielder, but can also play as an attacking midfielder.
