Liverpool's young England U19s international center-back Amara Nallo joins Helsinki on-loan..

Liverpool announced on their official website on Tuesday that their young England U19s international center-back Amara Nallo has joined Helsinki on-loan.

According to Liverpool's official statement, Nallo will play for the Finnish Veikkausliiga club on-loan until the end of the new season, and the loan agreement does not include any option to buy.

About Amara Naro

Amara Nallo, who is only still 19 years old, was born on June 30, 2006, in London, England. He is 1.86 meters tall and primarily plays as a center-back, but can also play as a left-back or right-back. He holds dual English and Sierra Leonean citizenship.

Nallo joined West Ham United's youth academy at the age of eight and began playing for West Ham's U18s team in February 2023.

In August 2023, Nallo moved to Liverpool for £200,000.

However, Nallo's career with the Reds began disastrously.

In January 2025, Nallo was sent off after coming on as a substitute just four minutes into his UEFA Champions League debut. That October, he was again sent off after coming on as a substitute in his Carabao Cup debut, becoming the first Liverpool player in history to be sent off in consecutive matches.

This dismal start instantly shattered his burgeoning career, and his starting position in the Reds' U21s team was takenover by players promoted from the youth academy.

Since joining the Reds, Nallo has made 59 appearances for the Premier League giants' U21s team in all competitions, scoring 4 goals.
