Sevilla have confirmed the signing of Robbie Ur, with a contract running until 2031.

Sevilla have officially confirmed the signing of Robbie Juhl, the Scottish striker who will move from Sirius in Sweden to La Liga. The two sides have signed a long-term contract until 2031, and the 22-year-old will embark on a new challenge in his career. Born on February 26, 2004, the 1.89-meter-tall striker has represented Scotland's U21 national team.  

With the Swedish league season kicking off in April, Robbie Juhl quickly entered a scoring mode. After 15 rounds, he has already netted 15 goals and provided 2 assists, helping Sirius temporarily sit atop the standings. In the 2025 season, he played 30 league matches for the team, contributing 11 goals and 4 assists; in the Swedish Cup, he made 5 appearances and scored 5 goals, demonstrating consistent finishing ability.  

Robbie Jull's football development began at the youth academy of Glasgow Rangers, a traditional powerhouse in Scotland. He later received further training in Belgium and made his mark in the Anderlecht youth academy. With this move to Sevilla, he will also set a club record, becoming the third Scottish player to wear the Sevilla jersey in an official match.  

Speaking about his feelings after joining Sevilla, Robbie Jull said: "I am very happy to be here, and I am very grateful to the club for giving me this opportunity. Sevilla is a team with a deep history and an important position in both Spanish and European football. I can't wait to put on this jersey and play for the team."

Speaking about his move to Sevilla, Robbie Jull considers it a significant breakthrough in his career. He said, "Being able to play for such a top club means facing higher demands in every match, while also having the opportunity to compete in a high-level league like La Liga. This has been a very valuable growth experience for me. I hope to always be in the highest level environment and prove my strength on the top stage, and I believe Sevilla can give me that opportunity."

Now, moving to a new place or adapting to a new environment is no longer a difficult thing for me. I think this is also part of the charm of professional football, and such changes are equally exciting."

When discussing his finishing ability, Robbie Yul believes his excellent performance last season has significantly boosted his confidence. He stated, "I feel I've made great progress this season in terms of confidence and handling scoring opportunities. When the chance comes, I'm more confident that I can score. The most important thing in scoring is to stay calm, detach yourself from the fast pace of the game, and focus on yourself and the ball. I've done well in these aspects this season, remaining composed when facing opportunities in front of goal. I hope to continue this form."  

“I think my most outstanding characteristic is my scoring ability. As I mentioned before, I don’t care too much about how a goal is scored. As long as the ball eventually crosses the goal line, it is a valid goal. Every time I step onto the field, my first thought is how to score for the team. Of course, I also have other abilities, but in my opinion, finishing opportunities is always one of my most important weapons.”  

When asked about his most anticipated experience since joining the team, Robbie Yul immediately thought of the fans at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium. He said, "What I'm most looking forward to right now is actually playing in front of them. I've already visited the stadium and experienced the environment firsthand; it's truly beautiful. Everyone tells me that the fans here create a huge atmosphere once the game starts, making them one of the most passionate fan groups in the league, so I can't wait to experience that atmosphere for myself."  

“My most important thought right now is to help the team as much as possible, which is also the core goal I set for myself this season. No matter what aspect the team needs me for, I will do my best to fulfill it. Of course, it would be ideal to help the team by scoring goals. But for me, the team’s needs always come first. I played a game last week, so my physical condition is good and I am ready to play. I am very much looking forward to my Sevilla debut.”
