The Thunder have officially confirmed that Williams will miss Game 7 due to injury.

May 30 - According to ESPN, the Oklahoma City Thunder have confirmed that All-Star forward Jalen Williams will miss Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals due to a left hamstring injury.

Williams aggravated his left hamstring injury in Game 2 of the series and subsequently missed three consecutive games. He returned to the court with the injury in Game 6, but only played 10 minutes off the bench, performing poorly throughout the game, scoring only 1 point and committing 2 turnovers.

After the game, Thunder head coach Mark DeGnott said that Williams had not returned to his ideal form. "He hasn't completed the full return process like he did in the regular season, but he still wants to do his best to help the team. I have great respect for his efforts, and he is definitely not the reason for the team's loss."

Williams, 25, has been plagued by injuries this season. After undergoing wrist surgery last offseason, he suffered recurring hamstring injuries, playing only 33 games in the regular season. During the playoffs, he strained his left hamstring again, missing several crucial games.
