Chelsea have rejected offers from several league rivals for Josh Achampong.

According to media reports, Premier League club Chelsea recently rejected several offers and contacts for young defender Josh Achampong.

This 20-year-old homegrown defender, a product of the Stamford Bridge youth academy, has been designated as "not for sale" by Chelsea's management, meaning he is indispensable in the club's future development plans.

In internal ratings, Achampong has been placed in the same core level as forwards João Pedro and Cole Palmer, as well as midfielder Moises Caicedo.

Despite the England U21 international making only 17 appearances in the Premier League last season, including nine as a substitute, the club still showed absolute confidence in his potential.

Currently, Achampong's contract with Chelsea runs until 2029. While it remains unclear whether the player himself intends to leave, this hasn't deterred other Premier League clubs from showing interest.

It is understood that Arsenal, Newcastle United and Crystal Palace, all in the same league, are closely monitoring the young defender's movements.

Furthermore, Bournemouth has maintained a strong interest in him since last summer. However, with Chelsea making it clear they refuse to let him go, it will be very difficult for these rivals to sign Achampong in the short term.
