Luka Modric: I am incredibly proud to have made 200 appearances for my favorite national team.

Croatian captain Luka Modric made his 200th appearance for the national team, helping his team defeat Panama and sharing a memorable celebration after the match.  

After the match, Luka Modric shared his feelings. He said, "Thank God, we got three very important points. We hoped to win the game, but it wasn't easy. It was a very tough match from start to finish. Because everyone knew the importance of this game, we were always playing under pressure, which was very obvious."  

"As the game progressed, we had some good periods on the field. I hope this victory can be the foundation for boosting confidence, making the team more convinced of their own abilities, and enabling them to perform at an even higher level in the upcoming games."  

After the match, Luka Modric received a standing ovation from the fans, and he interacted with them on the field, taking photos and celebrating the victory. He said, "It's incredible to have made 200 appearances for my beloved national team. I feel incredibly proud, and this is something I never imagined I could achieve."  

"Now we need to move forward. I want to thank the fans for their continued support and for all the congratulations. I also want to thank everyone who has made our lives and preparations with the national team easier."  

This significant milestone places Luka Modric among the world's most capped players and adds another brilliant chapter to the career of one of Croatia's greatest players in history.
