Counter Strike 2: insani refused to transfer to Legacy, will remain at MIBR until the end of the year..

Dust2 exclusively reported on Thursday that insani, a Brazilian support player of Japanese descent for the Counter Strike 2 (CS2) club MIBR, has refused to transfer to Legacy and will remain with the team until the end of the year.

According to the report, although insani's contract with MIBR expires this December and the two sides have yet to reach an agreement on a renewal, the player has decided to stay and observe future developments.

Insani's refusal is definitely bad news for Legacy, who urgently need to fill their roster vacancies.

Legacy only managed a top-14 finish in Stage 3 of the Intel Extreme Masters (IEM) Cologne Major.

Following the tournament, the Brazilian team announced the benching of their rifler, n1ssim.

The 22-year-old insani previously played for Blackhat and RUSH. He joined the MIBR Academy in August 2021 and was promoted to the main team in January 2023.

Since joining the MIBR main roster, insani has won multiple ESL Challenger League titles, achieved a top-8 finish at the 2025 PGL Astana, and recently finished fourth at the CAC.
