PSV Eindhoven attacker Sebari has officially joined Bayern Munich for a transfer fee of up to €55 million.

Bayern Munich announced on Monday that Ismail Sebari has joined the club from PSV Eindhoven. The two sides signed a five-year contract, valid until June 30, 2031.

According to multiple sources, the base fee for Sebarri's transfer to Bayern Munich is €50 million. If performance-related bonuses are included, the total transaction could reach as high as €55 million.

The 25-year-old Sebarri primarily plays as an attacking midfielder, but can also play as a central midfielder, center forward, right winger, and left winger. He developed through the youth academies of Beerchot, Anderlecht, Mechelen, and Gent, and made his professional debut for PSV Eindhoven in the Eredivisie on November 1, 2020.

During his time at PSV Eindhoven, Sebarri made 142 appearances in all competitions, scoring 42 goals and providing 29 assists. He also won three Eredivisie titles, two Dutch Cup titles, and three Dutch Super Cup titles with the team.

It's worth mentioning that Sebarri is a member of the Moroccan national team for this World Cup. So far, he has made 4 appearances in the group stage and knockout stage, contributing 3 goals.

Following the completion of the transfer, Bayern Munich's sporting director, Max Eberl, stated: "We are delighted to have signed Ismail Sebari, one of the most impressive strikers of this World Cup. This transfer was not an impulsive decision, but the result of long-term planning: the key was that we made our position clear to him early on, because we understand Ismail's ability and showed him a clear future at Bayern from the beginning. Ismail Sebari will bring a higher level and more variability to our attacking system."
