Official announcement: tge has officially become the coach of BESTIA, and shaRpy has returned to his assistant coach position.

Argentine CS2 team BESTIA announced on Thursday that Gustavo Motta (ID: tge) will replace Alfonso Bastos (ID: shaRpy) as coach, effective immediately. shaRpy will return to his assistant coach position to assist tge.

The 28-year-old tge is from Brazil and has coached teams Paquetá, B4, 9z, and RED Canids. His most notable achievement is leading 9z to the 2023 FiReLeAgUE World Championship and achieving 3rd-4th place at the 2024 IEM Dallas.

This appointment to BESTIA also means that Tge is returning to coaching after a three-month hiatus. He had been unemployed since leaving his position as manager of RED Canids in April 2026.

After signing the contract, tge immediately posted on the X platform: "I'm so happy to announce my new home! I'm honored to become a member of the team and start a new chapter in my life. I'm full of expectations for the future and hope to get everyone's support!"

With TGE taking office, BESTIA's current roster is expected to be as follows:
