Elliott Anderson is looking forward to playing under Maresca.

Elliott Anderson, 23, has officially joined Premier League giants Manchester City on a five-year contract. In an interview, Anderson stated that he is very much looking forward to playing under new manager Maresca.

Elliott Anderson previously played for Nottingham Forest, making 38 appearances in the 2025/26 Premier League season, contributing 4 goals and 4 assists.

In addition, Maresca, who previously served as an assistant coach under Guardiola, was officially appointed as the new manager of Manchester City in June.
