July 28th - The Sacramento Kings have waived guard Isaiah Stevens. The former Colorado State University star will become a free agent and seek a new career path.

Stevens played for the Sacramento Kings last season, appearing in 3 NBA games and averaging 3.3 points and 3.3 assists, during which he scored his first NBA point. During his time with the Kings, Stevens also reunited with his college teammate, 2025 first-round pick Nick Clifford . The two recently returned to Colorado State University for training, and Stevens said that being able to play alongside Clifford on the same team and in the same locker room again was an " incredible " experience.

Stevens played for Colorado State University from 2019 to 2024 , holding multiple school records for points, assists, and three-pointers made. After going undrafted in 2024 , he joined the Miami Heat, making his NBA debut, before moving to the Sacramento Kings. He is now back on the free agent market.
