August 3rd - According to ESPN, the Dallas Mavericks have reached a three-year, $52.2 million contract extension with forward Naji Marshall. Sources revealed that the contract is fully guaranteed and will extend Marshall's contract until the 2029-30 season.

In his second season with the Mavericks, 28- year-old Marshall had the best season of his career, setting new highs in points, assists, field goal percentage, and steals, and taking on a more significant offensive role for the team.
