Rodrigo Ribeiro: At this stage, I'm only focused on preseason preparations and hope to help the team through my efforts.

Currently, the entire Augsburg team is participating in preseason training camp. During training, striker Rodrigo Ribeiro gave an interview to the club's official media, sharing his feelings about the training camp, his adaptation since joining the team, his expectations for the new season, and his life in Augsburg.  

Speaking about his experience at the preseason training camp, Rodrigo Ribeiro said, "Everything is going very well so far. The extended time we've spent together has not only helped the new players adapt to the team more quickly, but it has also helped us build better chemistry in training and daily life. I believe this training camp will play a vital role in improving the team's overall strength and preparing for the new season."  

Reflecting on his experience since joining Augsburg, 21-year-old Rodrigo Ribeiro said: "Being able to play in the Bundesliga and prove myself in such a high-level league means a lot to me. I have gradually adapted to the environment here, and the team also achieved good results in the second half of last season. Next, we need to continue to work hard and achieve our goals in the new season."  

Speaking about his understanding with his forward teammates, Rodrigo Ribeiro said, "I think the most important thing is to bring out the strengths of each player. There are many things I can learn from players like Michael Gregoritsch, especially his positioning awareness in the penalty area and his feel for the goal. He can always accurately predict where the ball will land and turn the chance into a goal."  

“Right now, my focus is entirely on preseason preparation, and I hope to do my best to help the team. I will give my all to contribute to the team, while continuously learning and improving myself to make the team better step by step. As for my living situation, I live not far from the city center, and I am very comfortable here. I love this city; it has modern amenities while also preserving many green spaces, making it a very livable place.”
