The "Spirit of the Last Weapon" skin series has great potential for customization. Given its competition with limited-edition skins, there was a fear of market conflict, so a high-end, less popular combination was chosen. Chang'e, ranked number one on the national server's power rankings, is a rare new skin and is bound to be popular. Initially overlooked, it returned after a year, resulting in very high redemption rates. The male and female leads stole the spotlight. Zhao Huaizhen, perhaps due to the hero's low popularity, was essentially abandoned due to overpowered stats, and even the skin couldn't salvage his reputation. Casual players are looking for limited-edition skins, and this series, driven by national server players, has entered the top ten in sales. The sequel is highly anticipated, featuring high-end heroes, a high-quality approach, and heroes with strong combat power, making it a sure-fire bestseller.

Ink-stained Jianghu: Li Xin, Jialuo

The developers probably never imagined this skin line would completely rewrite future skin sales strategies. I remember when they were promoting the 10v10 mode, the star-rating system, and other massive projects. They even included the epic reward for Meng Ya, the "Stubborn Rock Soul," and in-game bounties, which were incredibly popular and generated huge activity. Players flocked to Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform) for guides. Meanwhile, the in-game store was running promotions: legendary limited-edition skins, epic limited-edition skins, and discounted bundles, along with free personalized buttons. Xiahou Dun was a powerful tank and jungler, while the Frostbeam Blade was incredibly cool, exuding a cool and aloof aura. The special effects were impressive, and the ink-wash style, always known for its appeal, blended seamlessly into the martial arts story, featuring numerous martial arts masters battling it out in outstanding CG animation.

Then came the second installment, which upgraded the quality, making it a limited edition with rare legendary items. The protagonist is Li Xin, wielding the Heart-Questioning Sword. The light and darkness, ice and fire settings were removed, and a three-form mechanism was introduced, incorporating ink wash painting techniques. The bamboo hat conceals its light, the golden phoenix transforms into a blade, and the ink dragon rages. One man clashes with good and evil, maximizing visual tension. It was hailed as Li Xin's most successful work, with a decent usage rate in the Chinese server. The feel is top-notch, but the special effects are slightly over-the-top, with explosive impacts, though not particularly stealthy.

With three hero forms and two gameplay styles, a warrior wearing three skins is, in a sense, worth the price. The female protagonist chose Galo, the chief disciple of the Molin Sect, whose design incorporates the rising and setting of the sun and moon, and uses ink bamboo, star trails and waves as martial arts imagery. This trio is not enemies in the story, but rather allies against evil forces.
