Manchester United will travel to Crook Park to face Leeds United in their next friendly match, and Maguire has said he is impressed with the form and performance of his young teammates.
In their last friendly match, Manchester United drew 1-1 with French champions Paris Saint-Germain after Shea Lacy assisted Mbourneau's goal.
Manchester United defender Harry Maguire said, "People no longer see Aiden Haven as a young lad because he has played many games for the club and performed very well in the preseason."
“One very important thing about the preseason is that if you’re a young player, you get opportunities. I have to say, these young players came back in really good physical condition, everyone looked very sharp. They all impressed everyone on the first day of fitness tests. They are all in very good physical condition, which deserves high praise.”
Maguire also said, "I think Daniel Amer played exceptionally well. He's only 18 years old, yet he's playing in such a tough match and making his first appearance for this club."
“He has performed exceptionally well at center-back, and we hope he continues to improve and enjoy training and playing with us.”
In addition, Maguire said, "We are going to have a great game against Leeds United, and whether it is a friendly or not, we have always known that it is an important match."
“It’s great to see the Irish fans, and we know they will give us their full support in the stadium when we play against Leeds United.”
