Since the team's inception in the 1967-68 season, many Thunder stars have left a deep impression on rebounding. Here are the top five rebounders in Thunder franchise history:

1. Jack Cicoma ( 7729 rebounds)

Jack Cicoma played all 82 games in six consecutive seasons with the SuperSonics , missing only 23 games in nine seasons . He averaged over 10.4 rebounds per game in seven seasons and was selected to the All-Star team in all those seasons. During his time in Seattle, he averaged 8.3 rebounds per game in his first season and still managed 9.4 in his final season .

2. Shawn Kemp ( 5978 rebounds)

Kemp played eight seasons with the Seattle SuperSonics , earning five All-Star selections and three All-NBA Second Team selections. He averaged over 15 points per game every season. In Seattle, Kemp averaged 9.6 rebounds per game, reaching a career high of 11.4 in the 1995-96 season. With two exceptions, he averaged over 10 rebounds per game in all other seasons .

3. Russell Westbrook ( 5760 rebounds)

During his time with the Thunder, Westbrook averaged over 10 rebounds per game for three seasons , and completed a triple-double each season. In the 2016-17 season, Westbrook averaged 31.6 points, 10.7 rebounds, and 10.4 assists, winning the regular season MVP award and setting an NBA single-season record with 42 triple-doubles .

4. Nick Collison ( 4701 rebounds)

Collison played all 14 seasons of his professional career with the Thunder, including four seasons in Seattle and another 10 seasons after the team moved to Oklahoma City. He appeared in 910 games, starting 177 of them . In the 2006-07 and 2007-08 seasons, he averaged 8.1 and 9.4 rebounds per game, respectively.

5. Kevin Durant ( 4518 rebounds )

During his time with the Thunder, Durant was selected to the All-NBA Team six times and won the regular season MVP award in the 2013-14 season . He also averaged 7 rebounds per game while playing for the Seattle SuperSonics and the Oklahoma City Thunder, with three seasons averaging over 7.9 rebounds per game .
