Juventus striker Vlahovic has joined Besiktas on a free transfer, signing a three-year contract.

Besiktas announced on Thursday that Serbian striker Dušan Vlahovic has joined the club on a free transfer from Juventus. The two sides have reached a three-year contract, valid until June 30, 2029.

The official announcement also confirmed that Vlahovic will wear the number 28 jersey in the Turkish Super League. He will also receive a fixed annual salary of 7.5 million euros for the next three seasons.

The 26-year-old Vlahovic came through the youth academy of Partizan Belgrade and joined Juventus from Fiorentina in January 2022 for €85 million. To date, he has made 168 appearances for the Bianconeri, scoring 68 goals and providing 16 assists, and won the 2023/24 Coppa Italia with the team.

After completing the transfer, Vlahovic bid farewell to Juventus via Instagram: "Sometimes, it's hard to find the right words to express it. This is the case now."
