Crystal Palace have officially signed Anan Hallely to a contract that runs until 2031.

Crystal Palace have officially confirmed the signing of Anan Hallerly. The player previously played for United Saint-Giroud in Belgium and has a long-term contract with Crystal Palace running until 2031. The transfer is still pending international transfer approval.  

Anan Haleli, 21, is a versatile player capable of playing in multiple positions, including both defensive and winger roles. Born in Haifa, Israel, he initially rose to prominence at Maccabi Tel Aviv, making 52 appearances and scoring 15 goals, including a crucial goal that helped the team win the 2023 Israeli Super Cup.  

During the 2024 summer transfer window, Anan Hallerly officially left Israel to join Belgian professional league powerhouse United Saint-Giroud. After joining the team, he quickly integrated into the squad and gradually became an important member of the team's championship aspirations.  

In his second season with United San Giros, Anan Halleli helped the team make history, winning their first top-flight league title in 90 years and qualifying for the Champions League. He also performed admirably in the Champions League, contributing three goals.  

Last season, Anan Halleli won the Belgian Cup with the team, further enriching his personal accolades. Despite being only 21 years old, he has already made 16 appearances for the Israeli national team.  

Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish said: "We are delighted to have facilitated the signing of Anan Hallely and are very pleased that he has chosen to dedicate the next phase of his career to Crystal Palace. We can't wait to meet him at Selhurst Park."  

Speaking about joining Crystal Palace, Anan Hallerley said: "I am very happy to join Crystal Palace and I am looking forward to the next stage. I can't wait to start training and playing. I have been following the Premier League for a long time, and this is a brand new challenge for me. I have been following Crystal Palace for a long time, and I am very happy to be a part of the team now."

Last season, Anan Hallerly's outstanding performance earned him a place among the most watched young players in Belgium's top league. Now, he is about to face a new challenge in his career and showcase his abilities on the higher stage of the Premier League.  

Speaking about his upcoming Premier League career, Anan Hallely said: "Without a doubt, the Premier League is one of the top leagues in the world. For me, it will be a completely different experience and a new challenge. I have always enjoyed taking on such challenges, and now I am ready to embrace it."
