In last week's friendly match, Manchester City defeated Atletico Madrid 3-1 after goals from Malmush and Ete Nouri.

Manchester City manager Maresca said, "For me, this is a trophy. When a trophy and a final are in front of you, you have to try to win the game. So this is definitely not a friendly match, this is a trophy that we will fight for with all our might."
