PlayTime revamps its international roster and announces new Dota 2 tournaments.

Philippine esports club PlayTime has officially announced its roster for the 2026-27 Dota 2 season. The team has acquired Brazilian star KJ to play position 5, and Astini will serve as head coach.

Following this round of signings, PlayTime has finalized its complete roster for the new season:

Position 1: bottega (Russia, on loan from BetBoom Team)

Position 2: Abed (Philippines)

Position 3: fcr (Brazil)

Position 4: elmisho (Peru)

Position 5: KJ (Brazil)

Head Coach: Astini (Brazil)

The new roster combines veteran players with young core members. KJ, a former captain of HEROIC and LGD Gaming, is highly experienced; head coach Astini led PARIVISION to top-tier performances. fcr, the offlaner, has returned to playing as a player after completing his assistant coaching role; former team member elmisho remains with the team and has moved from position 5 to position 4.

In the core positions, Filipino mid laner Abed, who previously helped the team win the Future Games championship as a substitute, has now been officially promoted; 17-year-old Russian rising star bottega has joined on loan to fill the vacancy at position 1.

Since establishing its division in January of this year, PlayTime has undergone several adjustments, and was also impacted by a former member's violation of regulations mid-year. With the termination of the relevant personnel, the club adjusted its strategy, shifting towards a more diverse roster across regions.

The new lineup will make their debut on October 10th in the South American closed qualifiers for DreamLeague Season 30, testing their team cohesion.
