Watkins: Everyone plays an important role in the team.

England's "Three Lions" will travel to Gillett Stadium to face Ghana in a key Group L match of the 2026 World Cup. Aston Villa star Watkins stated that everyone, whether starting or on the bench, must play an important role on the field.

When discussing captain Kane's performance, Watkins said, "I think Kane's performance has proven everything, as has his goal record, and his style of play is very unique."

“Kane is very intelligent, and I can’t play like him. I will stick to what I’m good at, so I won’t try to imitate him or do anything similar. I’d rather play to my strengths.”
