EDG Esports Club's League of Legends division announced that player Xiang Tao has officially left the team.

EDG Esports Club has officially released a personnel change announcement, stating that after friendly negotiations between both parties, Xiang Tao (ID: Angel), the mid-laner for the League of Legends division, has officially left the team effective immediately. This announcement, filled with gratitude and blessings, not only marks the end of their years of joint efforts but also offers a sincere farewell and best wishes to this veteran player who has competed on the field for many years.  

Looking back on Angel's professional career, he has delivered countless unforgettable moments on the field. The announcement summarized his signature Akali performance as "Hidden Edge in the Twilight, Deadly Falcon Dance," highlighting how his precise cuts and decisive strikes repeatedly broke through enemy lines and reshaped the course of battle. When the team needed consistent damage output, he could also bring out Viktor, using his "rainbow light as a limit, field as a distance" control to dominate the battlefield. With his powerful area-of-effect damage and situational control, he exemplified the composure and dominance of a traditional mage.  

Besides his outstanding individual skills, Angel's solid fundamentals are also a key reason why he has been able to maintain his position in the LPL for so long. Throughout his career, he has consistently defended the mid lane with his stable laning ability and excellent roaming support, becoming the most reliable link in the team. Whether facing high-intensity laning battles or complex and ever-changing lane rotations, he can handle them well with his rich experience and deep understanding of the game, providing a solid guarantee for the team's tactical system.
