Fulham winger Harry Wilson joins Leeds United on a free transfer..

Leeds United announced on their official website on Wednesday that Fulham's Wales international winger Harry Wilson has joined the club on a free transfer.

According to Leeds United's official statement, Wilson signed a four-year contract that runs until the summer of 2030.

About Harry Wilson

The 29-year-old Harry Wilson was born on March 22, 1999, in Wrexham, Wales. Standing at 1.73 meters tall, he primarily plays as a right winger, but can also play as a left winger or attacking midfielder.

Wilson joined Liverpool's youth academy at the age of nine, and at 16, his outstanding performances in the youth team made him one of the few players in football history to become a senior international before even making his first-team debut.

After being promoted to the first-team in the summer of 2015, Wilson was first loaned out to Crewe Alexandra.

After returning to the club the following summer from loan, Wilson made his Liverpool first-team debut by coming on as a substitute in an FA Cup match against Plymouth in January 2017.

His outstanding performances earned him the Liverpool Academy Player of the Year award at the end of the season.

From the summer of 2018 to the first half of 2021, Wilson played on-loan for Hull City, Derby County, Bournemouth, and Cardiff City, consistently performing exceptionally well.

In July 2021, Wilson joined Fulham on-loan. His buyout-clause was subsequently exercised in July of the following year for £12 million.

During his five-year spell with the Cottagers, Wilson made 187 appearances in all competitions for the Premier League club, scoring 36 goals and providing 46 assists, winning one EFL Championship title with the club, and was nominated for Fulham's Player of the Year award.
