2026 NBA Summer League: Boozer's 24 points lead Grizzlies to a 96-64 victory over Hawks

July 17th - The 2026 NBA Summer League continued, with the Memphis Grizzlies defeating the Atlanta Hawks 96-64 . This victory secured the Grizzlies a playoff spot in the Summer League .

 

The Grizzlies led 32-2 in the first quarter , setting a new Summer League record. In the first quarter, the Grizzlies shot 13 -for- 17 , while the Hawks only made 1 of 13. The Grizzlies extended their lead to as much as 36 points and maintained a lead of at least 23 points for the final 33 minutes of the 40- minute game .

 

The Grizzlies dominated the boards 45-34 and out-assist 20-15 . They shot 50% from the field while limiting the Hawks to 40% , and only 6 -for -31 from three-point range ( 19.4%) .
