Juventus' attacking midfielder wonderkid Vasilije Adžić officially joins Sassuolo on-loan..

Sassuolo announced on their official website on Tuesday that Juventus' Montenegrin international attacking midfielder wonderkid Vasilije Adžić has joined the club on-loan.

According to Sassuolo's official statement, Adžić will play for the club on-loan until the end of the new season, with a non-mandatory buy-out clause included in the loan agreement. Juventus also has a buy-back and counter buy-out clause.

About Vasilije Adžić

Adžić, who is only still 20 years old, was born on May 12, 2006, in Nikšić, Montenegro. He is 1.87 meters tall and plays as an attacking midfielder.

Adžić joined Budućnost's youth academy at a young age and scored on his debut in August 2022 at the age of 16, breaking two records to become Budućnost's youngest goalscorer and youngest debutant.

A year later, he scored again in a UEFA Conference League qualifiers, breaking the record to become the youngest Montenegrin goal scorer in European competition history, in both Budućnost and UEFA history.

During his two-year spell with Budućnost, Adžić won one Montenegrin First League title and one Montenegrin Cup.

In July 2024, Adžić joined Juventus for €5.3 million, becoming one of the most expensive young players in Montenegrin football history.

Since joining the I Bianconeri, Adžić has so far made 25 appearances for the Serie A giants in all competitions, scoring one goal.
