Chinese Server Power Ranking: Chang'e makes a strong comeback, pulling ahead of Nuwa by four positions; Wu Zetian's strength is now recognized. (Part Three)

Wu Zetian has recently entered the top 100 mages in the national server. After entering the top ten, some players will inevitably be pushed out. The tenth place is Diao Chan, formerly known as Haiyue, who has been demoted to 13th place. People might assume this is due to a nerf, but in reality, Haiyue's ban rate is extremely high. It used to be around 60%, but this season it has soared to 80%. Even with a low usage rate, she still managed to reach this ranking. She is supported by strong players. She is either banned or picked. So don't say that Haiyue is not strong. It's just that the national server players don't want to let her out to wreak havoc. The Wuxiang Artifact has overturned many rankings. Physical attack heroes have speed and critical strike bonuses, and magic power heroes have seen their cooldowns drastically reduced. Haiyue is suitable for this. She has a high casting frequency and is best suited for prolonged battles.

Bian Que: A Rising Star

In the past, getting Bian Que into the national server's power rankings was almost an impossible task. However, in Season 44, his skills were upgraded, transforming him into a monster scientist with venom bombs and biological weapons. He reduces healing and increases damage, using poison to fight poison, reducing health to the execution threshold – a mage-reaping machine, comparable to a pure assassin. One hit is all it takes to break him, resulting in instant death with no chance of retreat or retrieving a health pack. He was once ranked last among mages, but has now jumped to 16th place, which is truly unbelievable. Opinions are polarized, with some saying they can't feel his strength in actual combat, losing to burst damage builds or support characters in a stand-up fight. Perhaps they didn't grasp the early game rhythm, and one wrong step led to another.

Currently, across all skill levels, Bian Que boasts a 13% pick rate and a 51.78% win rate; in the 1350-level peak tournament, it has a 12.1% pick rate and a 51.4% win rate; and in top-tier ranked matches, it has a 15.9% pick rate and a 51.69% win rate. After the changes, it immediately gained popularity, becoming a rising star, and this isn't just a fleeting trend. While its short range has been improved, its flexibility remains a key factor. Against dive-heavy compositions, Bian Que becomes less effective.

Beyond the top 20, there are basically a bunch of standard ranked heroes, options abandoned by high-level players. This indicates that their skill ceiling is not high, or that they require strong teamwork and coordination to be effective. They are dependent on team composition, lack unique features, and buffs do not help them. They are all beginner-friendly, such as tanks, Wang Zhaojun, Zhou Yu, Ying Zheng, etc. Their gameplay determines their fate. Their average skill ceiling does not mean that the heroes are weak.
