The Raptors signed Andre Jackson and competed for a spot on the regular roster during training camp.

August 5th - According to HoopsHype reporter Michael Scotto , the Toronto Raptors have reached a training camp agreement with guard Andre Jackson . Jackson will compete for a spot on the team's official roster during training camp.

 

According to reports, the two sides signed a non-guaranteed Exhibit 10 contract. Jackson previously played for the Milwaukee Bucks, and was selected by the team with the 36th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft . He spent his first three seasons in the NBA with the Bucks.

 

Last season, Jackson's average playing time dropped to a career low of 8.5 minutes, with a field goal percentage of 32.8% and a three-point percentage of only 25% .

 

The Raptors are currently projected to have 13 players on guaranteed contracts, so the team still needs to add at least one more player to meet the minimum roster requirements for the regular season. Jackson will compete for a spot on the team during training camp.
