Each death and injury represents a hero's potential ceiling; who is the hardest marksman to kill? Marco's stats are surprisingly low. (Part Two)

Everyone admits that marksmen are too easy to kill, as fragile as biscuits, serving as bait for the team, standing still in minefields, lacking self-protection methods, and their lives are at stake. Relying solely on awareness is not very helpful, which is why strategies like "farming" have emerged. This involves developing around the marksman, with the entire team providing close protection, acting as a group, and at most sending one person to push a lane, absorbing all resources, widening the economic gap, stacking up attack power, becoming immune to all poisons, and being the first to kill the opponent.

In high-level matches and peak tournaments, this playstyle is difficult to execute. It's all against strangers, in non-ranked group matches, where everyone is just trying to survive. If the marksman collapses, the strategy must be changed. Most supports choose to abandon their role and prefer to follow the jungler or mage to create good output space for others. The lone wolf's development path only has two options: self-preservation or team fight participation. The roaming marksman finally comes in handy. Without bringing up damage taken per death for discussion, you'll realize how difficult they are to kill. Ao Yin is number one. Everyone knows that he can protect himself in dragon form, but he only relies on sword energy to kite. If you don't have burst damage, don't bother trying to kill him.

Yuanliu Archer

The Yuanliu Archer is gradually rising in popularity, but it hasn't become mainstream across all skill levels. Players might not feel its damage output and it lacks a satisfying experience. However, it's favored in high-level matches. Each death inflicts 20376.39 damage, making it easier to kill than Ao Yin. You've probably seen it in action. It flies through the air, constantly moving to create distance and deal damage. The so-called movement doesn't allow it to go to a specific location; it's like an enhanced skill that requires a target to roam around. The combat strategy is clear, and survival depends on fighting. Being ambushed in bushes guarantees death. In addition, its map traversal efficiency is limited. Its flexibility is reflected in team battles or one-on-one fights, and it has a certain level of survivability.

Ao Yin has a very high ban rate, and the Yuanliu Archer is a good alternative. Even when assassins manage to get close, he still has various skills to retreat, allowing him to make the most of the situation and achieve ideal results. Surprisingly, the Yuanliu Archer is so difficult to kill, and his skill mechanics aren't particularly flashy. In contrast, the next pick, Marco Polo, is renowned for his dual resistances and dual dashes, yet he ends up with a very low ranking. His impressive physique turns out to be just for show; he's timid and hesitant, dealing virtually no damage or taking any damage. His stats are shockingly low.
