Brentford have signed Jaden Anthony to a contract until 2030, with an option to extend for another year.

Brentford announced on Tuesday the signing of Burnley winger Jadon Anthony. The two sides agreed to a four-year contract with a one-year extension option.

According to multiple British media outlets, including the BBC, Anthony's transfer fee is £15 million plus £2 million in add-ons. His contract with Burnley was originally set to expire in 2028.

The 26-year-old Anthony was born in London, the capital of England, and received systematic football training at Arsenal and Bournemouth during his youth. Since joining Burnley on loan with an option to buy in August 2024, he has made 81 appearances in all competitions, scoring 17 goals and providing 11 assists, making a significant contribution to the team's promotion to the Premier League.

Regarding the signing, Brentford manager Keith Andrews said: "We are delighted to sign Jaden. We have been following Jaden's development for a long time and greatly appreciate his performances on the pitch. It's truly remarkable that he performed so well last season for a team that was ultimately relegated."
