Deportivo de A Coruña announced on their official website on Thursday that they have signed Italian defensive midfielder Lorenzo Amatucci from Fiorentina.

According to the newly promoted La Liga side's official statement, Amatucci has signed on a short-term two-year deal with the club which will only run until the summer of 2028.

About Lorenzo Amatucci

The 22-year-old Lorenzo Amatucci was born on February 5, 2004, in Arezzo, Italy. He is 1.72 meters tall and primarily plays as a center midfielder, but can also play as an attacking midfielder or defensive midfielder.

Amatucci joined Fiorentina's youth academy at a young age before completing his first-team debut by coming on as a substitute against Inter Milan in September 2023.

However, with the Serie A club frequently changing head coaches, Amatucci's position within I Viola quickly disappeared.

In 2024, Amatucci was loaned-out to Ternana and Salernitana.

In July 2025, Amatucci joined Las Palmas on-loan.

Last season, Amatucci made 42 appearances for the Spanish Segunda División club in all competitions, providing 4 assists.
