LeBron James believes his attendance rate is underestimated.

NBA star LeBron James recently stated on a podcast that he believes his attendance rate is underestimated and that he is confident he can continue to fight on the court.

LeBron James, 41, announced his departure from the Los Angeles Lakers in June after many years with the team. During his time with the Lakers, the legend played 479 games, averaging 25.9 points per game, with a field goal percentage of 9.8% and a three-point percentage of 35.6%. He also helped the Lakers win the NBA championship in the 2019/20 season.

Since leaving the Los Angeles Lakers, LeBron James' future destination has been a focus of media attention, and he has even appeared on the same news pages as teams such as the Golden State Warriors, Miami Heat, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Philadelphia 76ers.

When asked which of his abilities was most underestimated, LeBron James said, "I think the most easily overlooked thing is my attendance. As a team leader, it's hard to really lead a group of people into battle if you can't consistently be there for your teammates."

"So I feel that this point sometimes doesn't get the recognition it deserves, nor is it given enough attention. I'm certainly not seeking anyone's approval; I'm just answering the question."

In addition, LeBron James jokingly said that he would still average 10 points per game even when he is 65 years old.

LeBron James joked, "Just 10 points a game? I can still average 10 points a game in the league for a long time, probably until I'm 65."

"The referees aren't calling as many fouls on me anymore. If I could still get free throws, I only need to make 3 layups and 4 free throws per game. It's a pity they don't call fouls on me much now. Even so, if I make two or three layups in each half, that's 12 points."
