Paris Saint-Germain officially announced the signing of Monaco midfielder Akliusz for a transfer fee of €50 million.

Paris Saint-Germain announced on Thursday the formal signing of Monaco midfielder Magnus Aklius. The two sides reached a five-year contract, valid until June 30, 2031.
The official announcement also confirmed that Akliusz will wear the number 11 jersey at Paris Saint-Germain. According to RMC Sport, his transfer fee is a staggering €50 million.
The 24-year-old Aklius, a product of Monaco's youth academy, made his first-team debut in a Ligue 1 match against Lille on October 16, 2021. To date, he has made 139 appearances for Monaco, scoring 23 goals and providing 27 assists.
On September 5, 2025, Aklius made his debut for France in a World Cup European qualifier. He has since made 10 appearances for Les Bleus and represented the team at the 2026 USA-Mexico World Cup.
After completing the transfer, Akliush excitedly said: "I am incredibly proud to join Paris Saint-Germain. Joining such a prestigious club means a lot to me and my family who grew up in the Paris region."
