Counter Strike 2: ENVY officially returns to the competitive scene with the original 3DMAX roster..

American e-sports organization ENVY announced via its official X (Twitter) account on Wednesday that the original 3DMAX roster would return to the professional Counter Strike 2 (CS2) competitive scene under the ENVY banner.

According to the official statement, this marks the club's return to professional Counter Strike 2 (CS2) competitive scene after a six-year hiatus.

The team's first match following this reformation will take place at Stake Pulse Beat III. Subsequently, the team, currently ranked 21st in the VRS rankings, will compete in DraculaN Season 7, aiming to secure a qualification spot for the PGL Singapore Major.

ENVY had not been active in the CS e-sports scene since 2020, when they fielded an international roster featuring players such as MICHU, Nifty, and Thomas.

With this signing, ENVY returns to the French CS2 scene, the very region that helped the club secure the only Major championship in its history at the 2015 DreamHack Open Cluj-Napoca.
