Ryan Christie and Bournemouth have reached an agreement on a contract extension until the summer of 2029.

Bournemouth Football Club has reached an agreement with Ryan Christie on a contract extension. The Scotland international has signed a new three-year deal that runs until the summer of 2029. He has been an integral part of the team since joining from Celtic in August 2021 and helped the club qualify for European competition for the first time this season.

Since joining Bournemouth, Ryan Christie has made 177 appearances in all competitions, 124 of which were in the Premier League. The 31-year-old Scottish midfielder has contributed 10 goals and 17 assists for the team, including 5 goals and 9 assists in the Premier League.

In the historic 2025/26 season, Bournemouth finished sixth in the league, setting a new club record for best league finish and a new Premier League points total of 57. Ryan Christie made 26 appearances for the team during this period, scoring against Crystal Palace and Manchester United.
