June 14 - According to ESPN, Cleveland Cavaliers guard James Harden was arrested by police in Houston early Saturday morning and charged with a misdemeanor of "illegal possession of a weapon".

According to Harris County court records, police detained Harden at 3:41 a.m. A handgun was found on the seat of his vehicle, not holstered and clearly visible. Harden was registered at 4:57 a.m. and released after posting $100 bail. His court appearance is scheduled for June 22.
