Union Berlin has officially announced that Stanley Nsoki has permanently joined the team.

Union Berlin have officially confirmed the permanent signing of French center-back Stanley N'Sochi. The 27-year-old defender has officially transferred from Hoffenheim after a one-season loan spell. Last season, he made 14 appearances for Union Berlin across all competitions, gradually becoming an important member of the team's defense thanks to his consistent performances.

In late July 2025, Stanley Nsoki transferred from Sinsheim to Berlin-Kepernick. However, due to injuries, he was unable to make his debut at the start of the season. The French center-back didn't make his first appearance for the club until the German Cup Round of 16 away match against Bayern Munich. Although Union Berlin ultimately lost 2-3, that match became a crucial turning point in his integration into the team.

Just three days after his debut, Stanley Nsoki made his first start for Union Berlin. In an away game against Wolfsburg, he scored his first goal for the club in the 68th minute, bringing the score to 1-3 and reigniting the team's hopes of a comeback. Although they ultimately failed to pull off a comeback, Nsoki's performance earned widespread praise.

As the season progressed, Stanley Nsoki gradually secured an important position in the team's defense. As a left-footed center-back, he helped Union Berlin defeat strong teams such as RB Leipzig, Bayer Leverkusen, and Freiburg, making crucial contributions to the team's survival in the league. Throughout the 2025/26 season, he accumulated 819 minutes of playing time, contributing one goal and two assists.

After officially joining the club, Stanley Nsoki said, "I am very happy to continue to stay at this special club.
