Counter Strike 2: Former GamerLegion head coach ashhh officially joins Aurora..

Turkish Counter Strike 2 (CS2) powerhouse Aurora announced on Tuesday via their official X (Twitter) account that former GamerLegion head coach ashhh has officially joined the club.

ashhh will replace Fabre, who was benched a week ago due to personal reasons, as Aurora's new head coach.

ashhh's arrival signifies that a major roster rebuild is underway. Recently, ace in-game leader MAJ3R decided to temporarily leave the team to spend time with his wife and family.

Meanwhile, rifler soulfly was also benched due to underperformance.

Next, Aurora is expected to attempt to sign rifler Jimpphat, who recently parted ways with MOUZ.

By acquiring ashhh, Aurora gains a highly regarded coach in the industry.

The 35-year-old coach rose to prominence in 2023 when he led GamerLegion to the finals of the BLAST.tv Paris Major, a feat achieved not through limited resources or a roster of star players.

After their Major victory, GamerLegion's roster began to crumble, with key players leaving for other strong teams in the following years. However, ashhh consistently found ways to build a highly competitive team using existing resources, earning the British coach a formidable reputation.

However, ashh chose to leave the German Counter Strike 2 (CS2) powerhouse at the end of 2025. At the time, he stated that he was exhausted and needed a break to clear his head, improve himself, and made it clear that he would seek opportunities outside of GamerLegion upon his return.
