Roma triggered Argentina international forward Paulo Dybala's contract extension clause..

Roma announced on their official website on Tuesday that they have triggered Argentina international forward Paulo Dybala's contract extension clause.

According to Roma's official statement, Dybala's contract has been automatically extended for another year, expiring in the summer of 2027.

About Paulo Dybala

The 32-year-old Dybala was born on November 15, 1993, in Córdoba, Argentina. He is 1.77 meters tall and primarily plays as a center forward, but can also play as a right winger. He holds Argentine, Italian, and Polish citizenship.

Dybala joined the youth academy of Instituto Atlético Central Córdoba at the age of 10 and began playing for their first-team in 2011.

During his time at Instituto Atlético Central Córdoba, Dybala broke several records previously held by club legend Mario Kempes.

In the summer of 2012, Dybala joined Palermo for €8.64 million.

During his three years with I Rosanero, Dybala won one Serie B title with the club. 

In the summer of 2015, Dybala moved to Juventus for €32 million.

During his seven-year spell with I Bianconeri, Dybala won five Serie A titles, four Coppa Italia titles, two Supercoppa Italiana, and reached one UEFA Champions League final.

After his contract expired in the summer of 2022, Dybala joined Roma as a free agent.

Since becoming a member of I Giallorossi, Dybala has made 140 appearances for the Serie A powerhouse in all competitions, scoring 45 goals and providing 30 assists, and has reached the UEFA Europa League final once with the team.
