Toulouse center-back Mark McKenzie officially rejoins Philadelphia Union..

Philadelphia Union announced on their official website Thursday that Toulouse's United States international center-back Mark McKenzie has rejoined the club.
According to Philadelphia Union's official statement, McKenzie has signed on a three-year deal with the club which runs until the winter of 2030, and the transfer will officially take effect in January 2027.
After completing his transfer, McKenzie, who was interviewed by the Philadelphia Union's official website again, said: "Philadelphia has always been my home. As a player and as a person, this club, this community, and these fans have played a crucial role in my development."
"I left Philadelphia to challenge myself at the highest level in Europe and to represent my country. But wherever my career has taken me, I have always been connected to Philadelphia and Philadelphia Union. Now, having the opportunity to return home, wear this badge again, and help the club achieve greater success means a great deal to me."
"I am grateful for everything this journey has given me and I am incredibly excited to begin a new chapter, reunite with this city, my teammates, and the fans, and get back into training next January."
About Mark McKenzie
The 27-year-old McKenzie was born on February 25, 1999, in the Bronx, New York City. He is 1.84 meters tall, plays as a center-back, and holds dual American and Jamaican citizenship.
McKenzie, who moved to Bear, Delaware with his family at a young age, played for the youth academies of the Delaware Rush and Wilmington Rangers. In 2016, he joined the Philadelphia Union's youth academy. The following year, while attending Wake Forest University, he played 16 games for the school team, the Wake Forest Demon Deacons.
During this spell, McKenzie also began playing for Philadelphia Union's USL team, Bethlehem Steel, in January 2016.
After dropping out of university in January 2018, McKenzie officially signed his first professional contract with Philadelphia Union and completed his first-team debut by coming on as a substitute in April of the same year.
During his two-year spell with Philadelphia Union, McKenzie helped the team win one Major League Soccer (MLS) Supporters' Shield.
In January 2021, McKenzie joined Genk for $7.3 million.
During his four-and-a half-year spell with Genk, McKenzie helped the team win one Belgian Cup.
In August 2024, McKenzie joined Toulouse for €3 million.
During his two-year spell at Toulouse, McKenzie made 72 appearances for the Ligue 1 club in all competitions, scored one goal, provided three assists, and helped the team reach the quarterfinals of the Coupe de France once.
