Kompany, with his exceptional talent and mentality: Olise will succeed no matter what.

In a recent interview, Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany specifically mentioned the performance of French winger Olisse, believing that the young star will achieve great things with his talent and mentality.

In the 2025/26 season, the 24-year-old Olise won the Bundesliga title, the German Cup, and the German Super Cup for Bayern Munich. In the new Bundesliga season, Olise has already contributed 4 goals for Bayern Munich and 2 goals in the Champions League.

It's worth mentioning that Olisse also played 4 games for France in the previous UEFA Nations League and scored 4 goals, demonstrating equally outstanding performance.

Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany said, "I think with Olise's talent, he will succeed no matter what and will always be one of the best players. His advantage is not only in his talent, but also in his mentality and keen insight into details."

"He always seems to notice things that others miss, even in training. It is these qualities that make this young player stand out in the world of football. Olise is already a top player, and this is an affirmation of his achievements. He has made progress in many aspects over the past few years."

Kompany pointed out, "But for coaching players like these, the most important thing is to ensure they always maintain their fighting spirit. This is true both from my experience as a manager and from my experience playing alongside players like these. Even if players come to an environment where they are not often praised, they must maintain their desire to improve."

“In our club, players are recognized for their achievements, their attitude and performance in training, and their performance in matches. But if they don’t perform as expected in a match, we immediately have a discussion to see how to move forward.”

In addition, Kompany added, "That's the role we play, but our job isn't to develop a player into a world-class star, because that's impossible, and Olise already has the ability to become a world-class player."
